Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We require a 50% down payment (based on our written quote) for new customers.  

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept checks, credit cards and PayPal.

Q: What if we cancel the project before you’ve completed it?

A: You are free to cancel your project at any time.  We will bill you for the work already completed as of the date you cancel the work.

Q: Do you handle rush projects?

A: We accept rush projects on a case-by-case basis.  It will depend on the size of the project and the turnaround time requested.  Rush projects generally include a premium of 50% over our standard translation fees.
