• Subject matter and purpose of the document
• Turnaround time
• The scope of the project (approximate word count/number of pages, table of contents, glossary, index, tables, charts, etc.)
• A sample of the document
• The format for the final project

We want you to be fully satisfied with our work.  If we determine that A Filinov Translation Service is not right for your project, we’ll refer you to another linguist.
